1. Take advantage of article distribution sites. This is one of the fastest and easiest ways to get to the content "out there", and absorb the sites. Does it as soon as you have NOK original content. Do not go for too many, select only about 3 article distributions sites and send away (I like EzineArticles, IdeaMarketers and GoArticles).

2. Put pictures on your web pages. I checked my logs and I have proof that the pictures drawn in a lot of 'extra' traffic. People search for images, as well as Web pages. So if your website is about 'how to buy a laptop "and you have an image called" how-to-buy-a-Laptop.jpg' - you will cover both image and text search queries.

3. Participate very actively in the ONE forum. If you participate in an online forum, you will slowly build credibility with your web browsers. Do not spam -- please - just help and solve other problems. And my style is to select only one forum to participate in. That way you can build your contribution base very quickly. If people see you have 1,000 posts in the forum, they tend to read what you say. And that means they are more likely to click on links or signature.

4. Sends out newsletter regularly. This is another important point. I personally fail to send my SBI newsletter regularly, and it cost me traffic. If you judiciously send the newsletter out, get more and more traffic because people coming into the site, please read the latest articles and spread the word about. You can also download a new copy of the newsletter in the SBI area so that people can search and find the newsletter page.

5. Respond to e-mail readers write. Try to make it a habit to solve problems and answer your readers e-mails. Trust me, if you build credibility in this way, soon it will be around and you will get more traffic.

6. Write more content everyday. Try to commit themselves to write 2 articles a day. Do not give up - written consistently been the surest way to build traffic over time. Keep it up, do not give up!

7. Do not try to do little tricks. Ok, this is not just a way to build traffic. But it does indirectly focus energy and time, so the way you want to do the right things to build traffic. What I do is set up folders everyday in my laptop (eg '20 May 2008 '21 May 2008). I ensure that each of these folders are filled with 2 articles a day. On the way I will probably meet my goal each month. 50 articles per month = 600 articles a year - believe me, will the traffic go by on the volume of content.

9. Choose a topic where you can write a lot of "how-to". Here's something I learned from experience. I know a lot you choose SBI website themes based on your passions and interests. But I would like to add one more point to guarantee greater success in building traffic. Choose a theme where you can write a lot of "how-to" articles. Why? Because 'how-to "articles build credibility. And they are easy to write. For example, for one of my sites, I chose a course on digital photography (heck of a lot of" how should I write there). At another place, I chose a topic of baby carriages (there is not much "how to write there). Needless to say, closed I downloaded the baby carriage website.

10. Faith and passion. I do not mean to make this sound like spiritual advice, but to have faith in your SBI site is very important in building traffic. Faith and passion is the fuel that will get you to get back to writing articles day in and day out. So keep that many people who fuel the inside you. One day, you will succeed.
