Pregnant and flying with a toddler, help!?
There is a 10 hour flight with a 5-hour stop-over and I will be 28 weeks traveling with my husband and a 2yr old. My concern is that 1: The flight leaves at 6pm and our daughter does not go to bed until around 10pm usually it's 4 hours of entertaining, we need to do just that. 2: she usually do not sleep anywhere except in bed so I have no idea how we will manage to put her to sleep on the plane. 3: the 5 hour stop over will be around 3am our time, so for the child to the middle of the night. Apparently we have to check in stroller so I was wondering how I should come out with a sleeping baby while my husband takes care of the carry-ons and lap-top bags without the stroller. Anyone have any ideas to entertain a toddler on board, put them to sleep and do with a 5hr stop-over in the middle of the night? All will be appreciated. Thanks!
Whatever you do, do not make a scene on the plane with the child if the child cries, a woman got her child taken from her because she slapped a, and they accused her of the new "terrorism law" because she argued with a flight attendant for a few seconds to a high enough vote, the stewardess came to see why the baby crying, it was not even about child abuse, it was the stupid stupid terrorist law (check it out too) so she began aguing with flight attendant and this terrible terrible happened she served in prison, look up the story you will find it.
