To help you stay motivated, a fitness woman needs to do her training time a priority in her day. Plan your workout time with the remaining items on your daily planner. You do not need to tell anyone what you have planned in this period, but if they ask you to commit to something else, politely say that you are not available in this period.

Many of us have friends who want to become a fitness woman also. Remember to ask a friend to join you in your training program. This is a great way to have someone to motivate you to stick with your exercise plan. It also gives you someone to turn to for support. You can share your skills and discuss the barriers that are in the way when it comes to being fit.
