I hate both of these things ... but let me add a 3rd a. When you are walking down a side walk or an aisle in the store with a pram, and there are people standing and talking, and blocks a large majority of the court. They look at you, smile and so on as if you just going to flow over them and wait until you are on top of them said, "Excuse me, can I go "before they move .... I hate that so much, why not just move over a bit to fit, and then continue to talk?!
