Is there such a thing as a replacement or Stroller Wheel Cleaner?

I have just bought a vintage Perego stroller at a garage sale and it is gorgeous! It is very clean, almost perfect. The only problem is that the wheels are so dirty, they should be white, but that is dark brown almost beige! Is there a way to clean them, or know someone about a place I can get them replaced? Please help! It would be very appreciated!

Maybe try cleaning them with a magic eraser. I know what cart are you talking about and they are so fantastic. Soap and water will work also. Or rubbing alcohol. It works well to clean things sometimes.
