Best umbrella or lightweight stroller that recliners under $ 100?

I want to buy an umbrella stroller for under $ 100. I would like it to be light, landscape, and with a tray or cupholder if possible. Good governance is a plus! Thank you.

I have just started to look at the umbrella carts - My son is almost 3 and we've only had Graco Travel System with full-size stroller. He is 40 pounds, and I'm high, so that 99% of the umbrella organization wagons are ridiculously small and / or I kick the wheels when I press them. There are some high-end travel trailers (Peg Perego, Maclaren), which is higher and keep more weight, but they are all in $ 100-200 plus range. I just found one of Graco - what's new and what is the "IPO" model. It is around $ 80, takes up to 50 pounds and is taller and wider. Of course, making this the slightly heavier than a traditional umbrella stroller, but much more comfortable. The runner-up in the $ 100 range seems to be Chico C6 - it was quite comfortable for my son, but I could not go without kicking the wheels. The recliners bit, but have not tray / cupholder (though you can buy universal attachment). Definitely govern better than cheapie umbrella carts!
