Best umbrella stroller for travel?

I get out f the country and I want to get a lightweight stroller that can be easy to fold at the airport gate, also comfortable for my baby (9month old), and not so expensive (this will be only a spare battery pram). I looked at the Kolcraft Jeep Wrangler XT All-Weather Umbrella - and everything works perfectly except for one thing ... does it rest? Im looking for one with a sun shade and recliners for a sleeping baby ... any suggestions?

I has had great success with Chicco Capri Stroller. I bought it when my daughter was about a year old and we still have this (she has two now). It is super easy with just 11 pounds, is solid NOK for me to put a number of bags on it (it did great on a plane trip recently) and my daughter climbs into "her" Empty without problems and often fall asleep in it. This wagon has a 5 point harness system so that little angel will not be able to easily get out of it. This is really smooth to push, too. I also like that this wagon will with a carrying strap that can be fixed either in bags or directly to the stroller ..
