Where can I buy a good rain / wind stroller cover for Graco Quattro Tour?

I'm looking for a stroller cover for my full size Graco Quattro. My key criteria are 1) Length: Must cover the feet / toes on a 3-4 year child sit in the carriage (and preferably the curve from the rear), 2) Ha mesh for ventilation.
