vacation to New York City with a baby / toddler?
my son turns 1 on Sept. 14, 09 my family (as in me, my fiance / Babys father, my brother, SIL, and three children) think of the holiday to New York about the time of the year. Of course, I will need to take my son. We are thinking of staying at 10-14 days, price / time / work permits of course. we can rent a plus-size van and switches running up. or we can fly. my? s is: if we fly, my son needs to use his car seat on the plane? after we come to NYC, what is the child seat rules for public transport in city buses and / or metro? he can only sit in a pram in the bus? taxis have car seats if you call the taxi phone number instead of shelves 1 of the street? we plan to be over new, and can not obviously cart around a front car seat (If you live there or have been there, you kno what I mean lol) what is the best way to transport my son safe?
If you fly, should your little Mon be young enough to not require a space of their own. I do not recommend bringing a car seat, so it's just something you have to lug with you.
